Dai Wave Gaiwan

This unique handmade Gaiwan come to us from Liang Tu Studio in Xishuangbanna. It is made of Dai clay and constructed in the Dai ethnicity ceramic tradition. Liang Tu Studio gaiwans have a capacity between 120-150ml, and are all one-of-a-kind. This piece stands out from the rest of the firing for its smooth glaze and bold design. The imposing quality of the dark wave is balanced by the generous negative space in pale white glaze.
