Floating Snow Jasmine (碧潭飄雪, Bì Tán Piāo Xuě, "Green Pool Floating Snow") – This western style jasmine tea hails from Sichuan’s sacred E’Mei Mountain, and is produced by combining delicate Sù Máo Fēng green tea leaves with jasmine flowers. It is a local favorite in Sichuan’s capital city of Chengdu, and the appearance of the pale jasmine petals drifting elegantly in the glass give it the name Piāo Xuě meaning “Floating Snow.” It produces a rich, emerald infusion with the robust grassiness of Sù Máo Fēng accented with the intoxicating perfume of the night-blooming jasmine.

Good
I have never had jasmine tea before buying this, and I was pleasantly surprised! This is the first green tea I've ever made gongfu style too. The flavor was floral at times, and even sweet. It was nice and green, somewhat grassy, and not overly bitter or astringent (if brewed right, of course). And for the price? I'd really recommend this if you're big into green tea, and you find yourself wanting it often. Or even if you don't, it'll still be good if you like green tea at all.

A must buy tea
If you like a floral, slightly grassy on the swallow, hint of lemon and a jasmine punch on the finish than this tea is for you. Its a joy to drink this tea and I was lucky enough to share it with a friend who hand never seen gongfu brewing. It will be known as a tea of firsts for me.

Elegant & Lovely
The jasmine really looks like it’s snow floating around the base of a green tea leaf mountain. It’s especially beautiful when brewed in a gaiwan. The jasmine flavour is refreshing and comforting without being overly floral or perfumey. The green tea has a nice vegetal flavour without being astringent.

Great!
This tea strikes a great balance: the jasmine flavor is very full and natural, but it doesn't overpower the taste of the tea itself. Hard balance to strike when flavoring naturally. Nice!

Why you should drink this tea
Simply put, this is the tea the Uncle Iroh drinks in ATLA and if you were born in the late 90's and need a better reason to drink this tea, then I'm sorry there isn't one (other than it's a good tea....but all tea is good tea so that's kind of a mute point).
