Buddha’s Hand (佛手, Fó Shǒu "Buddha Hand") - One of the classic Wuyi varietals, this is a dark, heavily-oxidized and roasted tea. Dominated by woody notes with a sweet, long-lasting finish, this is a mid-range hand-roasted Wuyi oolong that makes a great introduction to Yán Chá 岩茶 ("Rock Tea") from the Wuyi Mountains.
