2011 Secret Springs Sheng Pu'er Bing (秘泉生普洱餅, Mì Quán Shēng Pǔ'ěr Bǐng, "Secret Spring Sheng Pu'er Bing") - At a decade plus, this cake maintains some of the floral notes of fresh Sheng while being overall balanced and woody. We named it Secret Spring in honor of a swimming hole located in the Austin Greenbelt. The combination of springwater, wood, leaves, and earth makes the actual Secret Springs smell a lot like this tea. This is one of several Nannuo Mountain Sheng Pu'er that our tea farmer Li Shulin sourced for us to replace the aged Sheng Pu'ers that he lost in a fire.
