If you’ve got a sophisticated palate that craves dark and hearty teas…
Then you’ll definitely enjoy some of our newest Shu Pu’er restocks.
Shu Pu’er 熟普洱 is a fermented tea from Yunnan Province, China. This relatively recent innovation was created to emulate the dark and rich flavors of an aged Sheng Pu’er Tea.
Here are 3 of our recent Shu Pu’er restocks:
- Witches Butter Yuan Sheng Tuo is produced with Yuán Shēng Tuó 原生沱, a small-batch and specialized fermentation technique where only 10kg can be processed at one time.
- Rain Butter Shu Pu’er was named for its smooth, buttery mouthfeel and macadamia and hazelnut notes. See how 15 years can age this tea and try 2009 Rain Butter here.
- Vanilla Obscura Duoyi Shu Pu’er is plucked entirely from one single patch of trees, the Duoyi Patch on Nannuo Mountain. This 6,400 ft elevation patch is known for being exceptionally sweet.
Plus we’ve got a handful of other Shu Pu’er that represent different processing techniques, different regions, and different tea tree ages…
