We are proud to offer this flight which include He Xiaoling's various processing styles of the Shì Dà Zhǒng (柿大種,"Persimmon Big Type") tea plant this year, which is the local cultivar of tea in the Hòukēng village region. These teas come from Huángshān (黃山,"Yellow Mountain") in Ānhuī province. Each tea in this flight showcases a different facet of the jewel that is Huángshān through the boundless expressions of flavor and terrior one may derive from the delicate and masterful processing this wonderful cultivar in many forms.
