It contains our complete range of re-stocked Phoenix oolongs, with 13 different teas from 3 different suppliers - A Long, Lin Yaobin, and Chen Bingdu. This flight only contains loose leaf Phoenix oolongs that are processed in the traditional style - It doesn't include non-oolong Phoenix teas such as Black Phoenix, pressed or smoked Phoenix oolongs like Pomelo-Aged 9 Immortals, or unorthodox teas such as Pan Long. We decided to leave those out because the purpose of this flight is to taste only the nuanced differences between more than a dozen different varietals. After drinking this entire flight, you will have a better-than-average familiarity with this most diverse categories of tea.
This flight contains longtime classic offerings as well as a new Phoenix oolong from master A Long, Bamboo Leaf, a sub-variety of Orchid Fragrance Type family. As of the time of writing this description, this tea is not available ala carte on the website because we haven't provided a photo or description for it yet, and so it is currently only available as part of this flight or our A Long flight.
