These convenient, beautiful, fun jars hold a random assortment of ten different tea coins. Each coin is a ~7g cake of farm-direct whole leaf tea by tea farmer and tea master Li Shulin, produced and pressed exclusively for West China Tea and wrapped in our custom visually-coded logo wrappers. You can tell what kind of tea is in each coin just by looking at the wrapper - the different elements of the logo represent whether the tea inside is sheng pu'er, shu pu'er, white, red, or herbal, as well as whether the tea is from purple leaves, ancient trees, etc. The convenient single-serving size means no more crushed dust at the bottom of a bag, and no tedious measuring or dosing - just unwrap a coin, and pop it in your teapot, gaiwan, mug, or vessel of your choice.

Our jars are made of durable glass with bamboo lid featuring the West China Tea logo and silicone seal to keep your tea fresh and secure. Each jar comes with a random assortment of ten non-repeating tea coins, so each one is a surprise. Perfect for travel, for a unique gift, or for anyone looking to try a range of ten different premium teas without having to commit. Great for beginners looking to expand their palate, and game-changer for experienced tea servers looking to minimize the footprint of their portable tea service.

Great for starting out or travel

This was well worth the money. I bought this when I was first starting out with Gong Fu Cha, as I didnt know what I liked and it was well worth the investment. I ended up buying many of the teas inside in 50 or 100g bings. The white tea was crisp and fragrant, the reds bold flavorful with a deep fragrance and the sheng pu'er had an earthy almost nutty flavor with a deep fermented scent and lots of layers that come out as the leaves open. Last but not least the shu pu'er had a very complex tastes. Each was worlds different from eachother and each had their own flavor notes, nuances, and fragrances. Overall if you are even remotely considering this, I would say it is more than a good choice.

I have tried 4 so far and these are amazing. The purple leaf teas are my favorite, and I am going to probably get a few bings for them

Fun way to try new teas

I really like this idea of getting mixed teas to try. For me it was a great way to taste some that I might not have gotten on my own. When I use my first one up, I plan on getting more!
